Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Executive to join our team. This role focuses on vendor management, vendor onboarding, negotiation, cold calling, relationship building, and project management to ensure smooth operations and enhance vendor collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Vendor Management: Manage and oversee relationships with existing vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and service-level agreements.

  • Vendor Onboarding: Identify and evaluate potential vendors, conduct due diligence, and onboard new vendors seamlessly to support operational needs.


  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure favorable agreements and optimize cost efficiency.


  • Cold Calling & Vendor Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential vendors through cold calling and other communication channels to expand the vendor base.


  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and resolve issues swiftly.


  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage projects related to vendor operations, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.


  • Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, negotiation, and project management.
  • Strong communication skills, including cold calling and relationship building.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and vendor management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in operations within industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, furniture.
  • Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
