Operations Head

Location: Sahibabad, Noida, and NCR

Industry: Sanitaryware / Faucets / PTMT / Consumer Durables / Pipes & Fittings / Manufacturing

Experience Required: Minimum 8–10 years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Production Management (Manufacturing/Sanitaryware/FMCG preferred)

CTC: As per industry standards (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Reporting To: Managing Director

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between production, supply chain, logistics, and dispatch.

• 
  

• Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for efficiency, quality, and cost control.

• 
  

• Monitor production planning, material management, and inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

• 
  

• Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery to customers/dealers/distributors.

• 
  

• Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw material availability and vendor performance.

• 
  

• Implement cost optimization measures while maintaining product quality and service standards.

• 
  

• Lead operations team performance management, training, and KPIs.

• 
  

• Track and report operational metrics — efficiency, downtime, wastage, and cost variances.

• 
  

• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards.

• 
  

• Collaborate with sales, accounts, and product teams for smooth execution of business goals.

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in Operations / Production / Supply Chain in sanitaryware, faucets, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.

• 
  

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory planning, and plant operations.

• 
  

• Proficiency in Excel-based MIS.

• 
  

• Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.

• 
  

• Strong process orientation and ability to implement systems for scale.

• 
  

• Must be target-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling operations challenges.

• Proven track record in handling factory/plant + logistics + distribution operations.
