Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for Senior Sales Executive

1. Sales Target Achievement

· Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Monitor individual sales performance and ensure alignment with company goals.

· Identify high-value opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales revenue.

2. Client Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

· Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

· Regularly update clients on new products, services, and promotions.

3. Market Research and Analysis

· Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

· Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client and market insights.

· Monitor industry developments to ensure competitive positioning.

4. Team Collaboration and Leadership

· Mentor and assist junior sales team members in achieving their targets.

· Share best practices and strategies to improve team performance.

· Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to streamline the sales process.

5. Sales Planning and Reporting

· Develop and implement sales plans to achieve set objectives.

· Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.

· Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.

6. Business Development

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and untapped markets.

· Establish partnerships and networks to enhance brand visibility and market share.

· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

7. Compliance and Administration

· Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in CRM systems.

· Handle administrative tasks, such as contract preparation and documentation.

8. Upselling and Cross-Selling

· Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.

· Educate clients on complementary offerings to enhance their value.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
