About the Role

The Operations Executive will act as the backbone of day-to-day operations across Protecte Academy, Managed Services, and Consulting verticals. This role demands a sharp, detail-oriented executor who is obsessed with processes, deadlines, coordination, and smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Academy Operations

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of training programs
  • Manage scheduling, instructor coordination, Zoom setup, LMS uploads, attendance, quizzes, and feedback.
  • Handle student communication, onboarding, certificates, and backend LMS tasks.
  • Maintain batch trackers, reports, and post-training documentation.

Client & Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with clients for B2B, B2C, B2G training logistics.
  • Coordinate with instructors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Support proposal creation, documentation, and delivery schedules.

Process & Documentation

  • Maintain SOPs, trackers, data sheets, and project documentation.
  • Draft and update contracts, NDAs, invoices, attendance sheets, and HR files.
  • Ensure compliance for audits, certifications, and internal reviews.

Admin & Day-to-Day Ops

  • Oversee office operations: inventory, IT support follow-ups, procurement, logistics.
  • Assist HR with onboarding, offer letters, attendance, leave records.
  • Coordinate cross-department initiatives and track deadlines.

Financial Support

  • Assist in budgeting, expense management, payouts, and reimbursement processes.
  • Maintain basic financial records and vendor payment trackers.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years experience in operations/executive/admin roles.
  • Excellent communication (English + Hindi).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • High attention to detail, organized, and proactive.
  • Can handle pressure, deadlines, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable coordinating with senior stakeholders (CXOs, army veterans, enterprise clients).
  • Bonus

    : Experience in an EdTech, training, consulting, or cybersecurity company.
