Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with loan applicants (home/personal/business) to understand needs and explain available options.
- Collect and verify KYC, income, and other supporting documents from customers.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFC partners for application updates and processing.
- Maintain applicant data, lead statuses, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel trackers.
- Ensure smooth flow of files from application to disbursal.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Deliver a great customer experience through clear communication and reliable support.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in operations, telecalling, coordination, or admin roles (banking/finance experience preferred).
- Strong communication in English & Hindi (Kannada a plus).
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Compensation: - Rs. 16,000 - Rs. 26,000 per month (based on experience)
