We are looking for a sharp, data-driven analyst to join our remote team and act as the crucial link between our sales efforts and performance data. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and providing timely insights that drive strategic decisions across our sales and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Reporting

• Conversion Tracking:

  Prepare, update, and share detailed

  Conversion Analysis

  reports daily, meticulously tracking sales sources and updating central sheets for leadership.

• Sales Performance Monitoring:

  Compile and report

  End-of-Day (EOD), End-of-Week (EOW), and End-of-Month (EOM)

  sales team statistics, ensuring accurate data from all sales tools (e.g., Dialpad, LSQ) is reflected in the MOM sheet.

• Lead Management:

  Generate and distribute the previous day's

  LSQ Lead Report

  and audit LSQ for any missed lead assignments or converse scores.

• Communication Audit:

  Monitor and process all incoming communications across designated email IDs (

  Webinar, Contact, & AIML

  ), ensuring proper labeling and timely responses.

• Tool Health Checks:

  Daily verification of all

  Wati accounts

  and checking for any issues related to sales tools like Dialpad, or Callhippo.

• Ad-hoc Support:

  Efficiently manage and execute urgent ad-hoc tasks or address operational issues raised by team members.

Weekly & Monthly Analytics

• Performance Deep Dive:

  Produce and distribute weekly reports on

  Revenue, Conversion Statistics,

  and

  Automation Performance

  metrics.

• Sales Incentives:

  Conduct a weekly check on

  Sales Team Stats

  and reconcile data against the

  Incentive Sheet

  (Saturdays).

• Financial & Lead Audits:

  Audit and update the

  Booking Amount Leads Sheet

  (Mondays) and analyze

  Cart Abandon Leads

  data (Wednesdays and Monthly).

• Launch & Post-Launch Analysis:

  Track automation numbers and stats specific to new course

  Launches

  and conduct required post-launch performance analysis.

• Strategic Reporting:

  Execute assigned data-driven analysis projects from senior leadership (Atul, Amit, Utsav, Surbhi).

• Global Performance:

  Conduct a monthly analysis of

  Copies Sold

  , perform a

  Country-Wise Sales Analysis,

  and identify top-performing copies/offers.

• Benchmarking:

  Maintain and update the

  2024-2025 Analysis Sheet

  for year-over-year comparison and strategic planning.

Process & System Maintenance (Ad-Hoc)

• Documentation:

  Update centralized sheets for

  Job-Oriented Details

  and

  Certification Programs

  .

• Process Creation:

  Assist in the creation and updating of

  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  as new processes are implemented.

• System Integrity:

  Create new

  Samcart products

  and

  coupon codes

  and maintain the sales team training checklist and SOPs.

• Optimization:

  Perform analysis to compare

  old vs. new automations

  and deep-dive into the performance of underperforming automation funnels.

• Lead Reclamation:

  Regularly check all communication channels (Webinar ID, Contact ID, Wati) for

  hot leads missed

  and ensure their correct re-assignment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years

  of professional experience in a

  Sales Operations, Data Analysis,

  or

  Business Operations

  role.
• Strong proficiency in

  advanced spreadsheet functions

  (Google Sheets/Excel) for data manipulation and reporting.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools like

  Dialpad, LSQ, and Wati

  is a significant plus.
• Proven ability to work independently in a

  100% remote environment

  and manage a strict daily and weekly reporting cadence.
• Excellent organizational skills and

  extreme attention to detail

  required for maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Must be able to communicate analytical findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
