Role Description

Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates for open positions.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
• Support the HR/TA team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in HR, Management, or any related field preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and candidate interaction.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in recruitment & HR.
