As an HR Executive at ATHARVA FOUNDRIES Pvt.Ltd MIDC Wai, you will play a crucial role in providing HR support to the manufacturing unit. Your responsibilities will include: - Employee Onboarding: Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees, which involves orientation, training, and benefits enrollment. - Employee Relations: Fostering positive employee relations by handling conflict resolution, performance management, and promoting employee engagement. - Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, covering technical training, soft skills training, and leadership development. - Employee Communications: Creating and executing internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged with company news, policies, and benefits. - Employee Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data and performance records. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Skills: Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
