📦 Role Overview

hands-on and detail-oriented Operations Specialist

💼 Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, packaging, and dispatching.
Maintain accurate
inventory records
and ensure real-time stock updates.
Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth and timely dispatches.
Manage dispatch documentation, shipping labels, and reports.
Conduct quality checks before packaging and delivery.
Support the operations team in planning and execution of shipments.

🧩 Requirements

1–3 years of experience in
warehouse or operations management
(preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or gifting).
Strong skills in
Excel / Google Sheets
.
Knowledge of
Shiprocket or similar logistics platforms
is a plus.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Must be
based in or near Okhla, New Delhi.
