Job Description

Role Overview: As an Operation Coordinator - OS&E, your main objective will be to maintain application-data readiness to create Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and budgets. You will be responsible for correlating data from different sources effectively, working with vendors globally to ensure product catalog information is up-to-date, and communicating with clients remotely to address project-related issues and requirements. Your role will also involve handling project challenges while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and assisting in preparing OS&E BoQs and budgets for hospitality clients, demonstrating a sound understanding of budgetary considerations to ensure accurate and comprehensive cost planning. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain data from various stakeholders to build the master database for budgets. - Keep vendor product catalogs updated using Provisions vendor portal/platform by engaging with vendors. - Evaluate client project requirements for completeness and correctness for budget preparation. - Prepare OS&E BoQs, budgets, and client dashboards (Excel-based) using the Provisions technology platform. - Assist the Operations Manager with client correspondence and presentations. - Maintain records of activities online in accordance with management directives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance & Accounting, BBA, BBM, or equivalent. - Basic understanding of hotel operations and OS&E requirements or a willingness to undergo industry and process training. - Proficiency in Excel for handling large volumes of itemized data, including organizing, sorting, and analyzing data using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc. - Ability to ensure data accuracy, track product prices, and maintain consistency in the information gathered from vendors. - At least 3-4 years of experience in data accumulation, complex data processing, or procurement support, preferably in a BPO for the hospitality industry. - Experience in using Excel to organize and analyze large sets of data. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate data and pricing.,
