Job Summary

Operations In-Charge

Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage daily operational activities for clothing brand and café outlets.
Assist the CEO with travel planning, scheduling, operational arrangements, and logistics.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers; schedule and attend vendor meetings.
Manage logistics, inventory coordination, and operational planning.
Support recruitment and hiring processes for cafés and clothing brand staff.
Ensure smooth internal coordination between departments.
Maintain operational documentation, and compliance records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in operations, coordination, or management roles.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Language Requirement:
Hindi (Mandatory),
Gujarati (Preferred/Plus)
.
Experience in retail, fashion, hospitality, or café operations will be an added advantage.
