Operational Specialist

As a Quality Analyst at InSnap, located in Koramangala, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Development team. Your primary responsibility will be auditing calls, emails, and proposals to ensure communication standards, process compliance, and sales effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Audit BD interactions including calls, emails, and proposals to maintain quality and process compliance. - Evaluate discovery calls, presentations, and RFP responses to ensure alignment with business goals. - Identify training needs and provide feedback to enhance performance and communication. - Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and suggest improvements for better client engagement. - Assist in maintaining CRM accuracy and refining sales strategies. Qualifications & Skills: - Previous experience in quality control and auditing is required. - Familiarity with international sales processes is preferred. - Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential. - Experience in sales, customer service, and quality control practices would be advantageous.
