Operational Specialist

As an Alliance Operations Specialist (Back Office), your role will involve being the administrative and operational backbone for strategic technology partnerships with key companies like Microsoft, SAP, and ServiceNow. Your responsibilities will include: - Partner Onboarding & Management: Oversee the administrative lifecycle of technology partners, from initial onboarding to ongoing system maintenance in CRM. - Joint Business Planning Support: Assist in compiling performance data and key metrics for quarterly business reviews with top partners. - System & Tool Administration: Manage partner-specific portals and dashboards to ensure accurate information. - Financial & Royalty Processing: Track and process partner royalties and incentives in compliance with alliance agreements. - Contract & Agreement Management: Maintain a centralized repository of all alliance contracts and agreements for easy access. - Operational Excellence: Implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and streamline administrative tasks. - Internal Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams regarding partner-related queries. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a back-office or operational support role, preferably within a technology company. An MBA is preferred, along with technical acumen in CRM platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
