Your proactive approach and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and manage ePharmacy operations, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. - Automate processes to enhance productivity and accuracy. - Supervise pharmacists to ensure error-free packing of pills. - Monitor and improve operational quality through audits and feedback. - Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations. - Track and analyze operational performance metrics for data-driven decision-making. - Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively. - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare or ePharmacy. - Strong knowledge of operational processes and automation tools. - Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in English and Hindi communication. - Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset. - Experience with quality assurance and compliance in healthcare is a plus.
