Job Summary

Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Process Management:

• Support daily operational workflows across

  manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain functions

  .
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of orders, dispatches, and deliveries.

Transporter Engagement & Execution:

• Assist in

  onboarding new transporters

  by guiding them through the registration and documentation processes, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities and transporter credentials within the operational system.

• Educate transporters

  about RFQ (Request for Quotation) opportunities and provide dedicated support to facilitate their successful participation and bid submission.
• Conduct necessary

  field visits

  to build relationships with key transporters, understand their operational capabilities, and ensure alignment with our service quality standards.
• Support the Customer Success team in resolving basic operational queries and ensuring high transporter engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and RFQ execution.

3. Continuous Improvement:

• Contribute to the design and rollout of new initiatives for process standardization and efficiency enhancement.
• Stay updated with operational best practices and digital tools in logistics and supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics functions preferably in a

  startup or fast-paced environment

  .
• Exposure to

  ERP systems

  and operational data analysis.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and analytical skills.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Data-driven mindset with ability to link operations to measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Startup mindset with adaptability, ownership, and focus on execution.
