Operational Specialist

As an Academic Operations & School Coordination specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, preschools, and educational partners. Your role will involve supporting academic implementation, training, and curriculum alignment at partner institutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with academic teams to design, review, and enhance preschool learning content and resources to ensure they align with ECCE frameworks and age-appropriate learning outcomes. In the capacity of Pre-Sales & Product Demonstrations, you will partner with the business team to understand client needs and effectively position solutions. Your responsibilities will also include conducting engaging demos and presentations for school management and educators to showcase the value of the program. Acting as a liaison between internal teams and client institutions, you will facilitate smooth communication and follow-ups, while tracking school engagement, feedback, and outcomes to support retention and growth. To provide valuable Market & Product Insights, you will stay updated on ECCE trends, evolving school needs, and competitor offerings to offer strategic inputs. Your role will also involve supporting continuous product improvement based on feedback and field insights. Moreover, you will maintain accurate data on school interactions, demos, and academic activities in CRM tools, and collaborate cross-functionally with business, marketing, and product teams to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors/Masters in ECCE or a related field, along with at least 2-5 years of experience in ECCE, academic operations, content development, or school coordination. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a passion for early learning and building strong institutional partnerships.,
