Service Operations & Dispatch Coordinator(100% Work From Home) - HVAC Contact Center

Office Location: Mohali (This job is Remote – Work From Home)

Shift: US Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST during winters) | (6:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST during Summer)

Working Days: 6 Days (Including Saturdays)

Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)

Service Operations & Dispatch Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily dispatch board and ensure technicians are assigned correctly.
• Verify job completion: equipment list, photos, notes, time spent, and payment collection.
• Track missing or failed customer credit cards and ensure they are updated.
• Oversee all club memberships: renewals, expirations, missed tune-ups, and recurring payments.
• Run daily MIS reports: membership status, renewals, technician compliance, and payment reports.
• Send missed tune-up lists to calling teams.
• Coordinate closely with technicians and maintain job accuracy in the CRM.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication and polished phone etiquette.
• Highly tech-savvy; strong CRM knowledge (Service Titan experience preferred).
• Admin + dispatch + reporting background (BPO experience ideal).
• Ability to work U.S. hours and handle coordination independently.
