Café/Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end setup of the café/restaurant for opening.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for equipment, materials, and inventory.
• Implement operational SOPs, hygiene standards, and service protocols.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate

  small kitty parties, private groups, and mini events

• Handle menu customization, seating arrangements, decoration coordination, and service supervision.
• Lead hiring for service staff, chefs, baristas, and support teams.
• Conduct training on hospitality standards, service excellence, and café operations.
• Generate innovative business ideas to attract customers, improve menu performance, and enhance customer experience.
• Plan and execute in-house promotions, offers, and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for social media promotions and local outreach.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain a warm, welcoming, and high-standard hospitality environment.
• Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
• Manage daily sales, billing, stock levels, and procurement.
• Reduce wastage and optimize cost controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in

  restaurant/café operations

  , preferably in well-known F&B brands.
• Strong knowledge of F&B trends, hospitality standards, and the local Surat market.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to create business ideas, promotional concepts, and effective strategies.
• Experience handling
