☕ Daily Operations ManagementOversee the day-to-day functioning of the café. Ensure smooth food & beverage service at all times. Maintain café ambiance, cleanliness, and hygiene standards as per company policy. 👥 Team LeadershipManage, motivate, and train café staff. Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage. Conduct regular briefings and performance reviews. 💬 Customer Service ExcellenceEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Build strong customer relationships to boost brand loyalty. 📦 Inventory & Stock ManagementMonitor and manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies. Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely replenishment. Manage wastage and maintain cost control. 💰 Financial ResponsibilitiesAssist in monitoring daily sales and revenue reports. Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily reconciliations. Ensure cost-effective operations and optimize profitability. 📈 Growth & Marketing SupportSupport café promotions, events, and marketing activities. Communicate customer feedback to management for menu or service improvements. 📝 Compliance & StandardsEnsure adherence to FSSAI standards, safety rules, and operational policies. Maintain staff discipline and follow HR guidelines.
