Job Title: Café Manager

Location: Labonel Fine Baking – Café Outlet
Department: Operations

Job Summary

The Café Manager is responsible for overseeing daily café operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high product quality standards, managing staff, and driving overall business performance. The role requires strong leadership, hospitality experience, and the ability to maintain Labonel’s premium brand standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

  • Supervise daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience as per Labonel standards.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the café.
  • Monitor inventory levels of bakery items, beverages, and supplies; coordinate replenishment with central kitchen and vendors.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning properly.

Customer Service

  • Ensure every guest receives a warm, professional, and premium service experience.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely and efficiently.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of all Labonel items to guide customers.

Staff Management

  • Supervise and lead café staff (stewards, cashiers, baristas, etc.).
  • Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties, and ensure appropriate staffing during peak hours.
  • Train team members on service standards, hygiene practices, and product handling.

Sales & Reporting

  • Monitor daily sales performance and achieve outlet targets.
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS reconciliation.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, footfall, wastage, and staff performance.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI guidelines are strictly followed.
  • Maintain display standards for bakery items and beverages.
  • Follow company SOPs for service, safety, and operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in café/restaurant/hospitality operations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic MS Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
