Solution Selling: Present Jones RecruitZo range of recruitment services effectively, demonstrating value propositions and benefits to potential clients. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company objectives and client requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including operations, delivery, and recruitment specialists to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in business development within the recruitment industry.
