Operation Manager

• Implement scale-up program implementation
• Collaborate with the program team to ensure implementation alignment with program objectives.
• Work closely with the CEO and Operations team on implementing strategy, identifying implementation hurdles, creating unique community driven solutions, and enabling successful implementation of program objectives and monitoring.
• Ensuring complete documentation of the program implemented from start to end.
• Updating operations progress to internal teams on regular basis
• Liasoning with the M&E team - Data collection for need assessment, baseline, endline and monitoring
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and timely reporting.
• Contribute to team members in their fundraising efforts and provide relevant support during key fundraising pitch
• Work with the communications team to create compelling narratives and impact stories that resonate with donors and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at relevant conferences, workshops, and networking events as and when required
• Support the management in strategic planning and organizational development
  

Job Requirements

• Must have a minimum of a 3-5 years of working experience in the development/non-profit sector with at least 2 years of work experience in operations
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Social work or other graduation courses
• Candidate preferred to have climate sector exposure from past experience
• Good understanding of working on tech tools such as excel, word, CRM, and data collection application
