Job Description

Your Role

Lead daily production support operations, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and business expectations.
Provide Level 2 support, resolve incidents, and manage service/change requests aligned with ITIL processes.
Analyze recurring issues, drive root cause investigations, and implement permanent fixes for stability.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Manage and mentor a production support team, contribute to process improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile

12+ years of experience in Application L2 Production Support, Business Analysis, and Monitoring.

Proficient in SQL, application monitoring, and troubleshooting using tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, and Azure Dashboard.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management); ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and Windows server environments.

Proven ability to lead production support teams, drive root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes and process improvements.
