Operation Manager

Role Overview: As an Operation Manager at Mumbai, India, your role as a Process Executive will involve ensuring the accurate and timely completion of day-to-day activities according to set standards. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of processing as per SLAs, responding to queries and escalations within specified time frames, and acting as a backup for peers when necessary. Sharing best practices with the team will also be a part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor daily system reports to identify eligible customers for CKYC processing - Manage a team responsible for preparing client static data and cropped KYC images - Conduct quality checks on client static data and KYC images, converting them into the prescribed format - Upload KYC data into the CERSAI portal within regulatory timelines - Rectify rejected records and ensure accurate reflection of data in the CERSAI MIS dashboard - Communicate CKYC updates to clients via email/SMS in a timely manner - Coordinate with the CERSAI helpdesk to resolve operational issues promptly - Conduct UAT on the CERSAI portal for CKYC process changes - Handle audit queries related to CKYC process and provide necessary evidences - Report CKYC information to senior management/regulators accurately and in a timely manner Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in a related discipline - Minimum 1 year of experience in client on-boarding/Static data amendments in any Private Banking - Hands-on experience in reviewing client on-boarding documentation - Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet project timelines Additional Company Details: The company, Deutsche Bank, offers a range of benefits such as best in class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit, sponsorship for industry certifications, employee assistance program, comprehensive hospitalization insurance, accident and term life insurance, complementary health screening for individuals aged 35 and above.
