Job Title: Maintenance Manager Location: Guwahati (Donna Belle & SISO) Organization: ANK Restaurants (Premium Chain) Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Benefits: Food provided along with other standard company benefits About Us ANK Restaurants operates premium outlets in Guwahati – Donna Belle and SISO , known for their fine dining experiences, exceptional hospitality, and guest satisfaction. We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all repair, maintenance, and technical functions of our outlets. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities across the restaurants. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing works, carpentry tasks, and general facility upkeep . Ensure all equipment, fixtures, and utilities are functioning smoothly and maintained regularly. Prepare maintenance schedules and preventive checklists to avoid downtime. Handle breakdowns efficiently and ensure timely resolution. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for specialized repairs and service requirements. Maintain records of maintenance logs, tools, and spare parts inventory. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards across all technical operations. Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager/Technician in the hospitality/restaurant/hotel industry . Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. Ability to multitask and handle urgent issues with efficiency. Good communication and leadership skills to coordinate with management and staff.
