Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar & Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our premium restaurant & bar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, managing staff, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bar and restaurant operations.
• Supervise and train staff to maintain service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
• Monitor inventory, stock control, and vendor management.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Plan and execute promotions, events, and revenue strategies.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and expenses.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant/Bar Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, and multi-cuisine service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
