Job Description

Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance. Prepare and maintain employee files, HR databases, and MIS reports. Attendance, Letter Drafting, grievance handling. Assist in payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave tracking. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, salary, and benefits. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and HR documentation. Support new joiner inductions, background verification, and exit formalities. Coordinate with finance and admin teams for payroll and compliance activities. Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory requirements. Assist in HR audits, compliance checks, and report generation. Support implementation of HR processes, systems, and employee engagement initiatives. Required Skills Strong understanding of HR operations, documentation, and compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR software/HRIS. Good knowledge of attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Good coordination and multitasking abilities. Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Commerce. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll support, or HR administration.
