The position of Officer - Accounts & Finance at digiCloud Solutions is a full-time, mid-level role based in Pune. The role requires a strong proficiency in financial reporting, GST compliance, and fund management.
Qualifications And Skills
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing
- Proven experience in MIS reporting with an ability to interpret and analyze complex data for management decision-making.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, including preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial summaries.
- Strong accounting skills with a thorough understanding of accounting principles and procedures to manage organizational finances effectively.
- Proficiency in GST compliance to ensure adherence to applicable tax laws and timely filings.
- Liaise with banks for routine transactions, facilities, and reconciliations
- Ensure system entries, process automation, and report generation through ERP platforms
- Experience in fund management, overseeing cash flow, and optimizing the organizations financial resources.
- Keen understanding of taxation and compliance management to ensure the companys tax responsibilities are met accurately and promptly.
- Familiarity with using zoho book, SAP B1 or similar accounting software to streamline financial operations and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for managing financial data and ensuring precise financial planning and analysis.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain various financial reports for internal stakeholders to assist in strategic planning and performance evaluation.
- Manage the accounting operations, including maintaining systems for financial and compliance records, and ensuring the integrity of the data.
- Oversee GST compliance and manage all tax-related activities, ensuring timely and compliant submission of returns.
- Handle fund management responsibilities, including monitoring cash flow, controlling banking transactions, and improving working capital.
- Ensure that all financial processes and reports comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to guide the financial planning and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and accuracy.
- Support audits and examinations by preparing relevant documentation and providing comprehensive financial analysis.
