Salesforce Business Analyst

To excel in this position, you must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of analytical and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Salesforce platform, particularly in "Requirements Gathering" and Business Analysis, is essential. Your excellent presentation skills will enable you to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences. You will also demonstrate a strong ability to craft detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that align with business objectives, as well as experience in stakeholder management to collaborate effectively with various teams and departments. Your competence in process mapping and designing efficient workflow processes will be crucial in identifying areas of improvement and enhancing productivity. Furthermore, your great communication skills, both written and verbal, will allow you to express ideas and expectations clearly across different levels of the organization. You will be responsible for creating detailed system documentation, user manuals, and workflows to facilitate smooth user adoption and system functionality.
