Offer and Onboarding Senior Specialist

As a People Data Specialist at bp, you will play a crucial role in modernizing and simplifying the way People and Culture are managed within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and information on sophisticated employee processes and data changes across various HR processes in Workday. You will work towards ensuring consistency and standardization of HR processes globally while supporting outstanding legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements specific to different countries. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the Global Offer and onboarding processes to create an optimal experience for candidates and managers - Implement and monitor the Quality framework for Quality Assurance, Audit, improvement, and Knowledge management initiatives - Collaborate with Regional Development Centres and other teams to enhance client relationships and ways of working - Maintain data integrity for candidates, employees, and the organization - Review and approve steps in line with policy and established procedures - Deliver record and document image management services as per agreed processes - Identify and apply continuous improvements to services - Resolve complex issues involving multiple systems and stakeholders - Support team members in resolving operational issues and understanding processes - Assist in acceptance testing for P&C Services technology changes - Identify opportunities for service improvement to enhance customer experience and efficiency **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a preference for a master's degree - Minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR Shared services, preferably with Workday system experience - Prior experience in Organization and Employee data management roles - Proficient knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office The shift timings for this role are 12:30 to 9:30 PM IST (may change to the general shift), and the location is in Pune with Work From Office 3 days a week. Negligible travel is expected with this role, and relocation assistance is available within the country. This position offers a hybrid working model of office and remote work.
