Role Focus
- Architecture & Governance: Define, review, and enforce technical standards for enterprise-grade integrations.
- Enterprise Workflows: Solve complex data movement and workflow automation problems across leading enterprise systems.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Coach the team, review major solutions, and provide escalation support.
- Industry & Business Awareness: Align solutions with vertical-specific terminology, processes, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Governance
- Define and enforce coding standards, reusable templates, and solution design best practices.
- Review and validate solution designs for scalability, security, and performance.
- Govern integration architecture across APIs, webhooks, ETL pipelines, and hybrid models.
Enterprise Workflow Expertise
- Solve ETL and data movement challenges.
- Design complex workflows across Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
- Optimize large database querying (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Deliver integration workflows for banking, financial services, manufacturing, procurement, lending, supply chain, and similar domains.
- Provide BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions for enterprise users.
Security, AI & Emerging Tech
- Apply cybersecurity best practices when designing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with authentication flows, encryption, and enterprise governance standards.
- Stay updated on AI in enterprise environments — understand strengths, limitations, and integration touchpoints.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Mentor and coach development teams to increase solution design maturity.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready architecture.
- Advocate for technical improvements and bring customer/industry insights into product evolution.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, integrations, or iPaaS platforms.
- Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying and scaling enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in APIs, webhooks, Node.js, ETL pipelines, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Deep experience with large database querying and enterprise data movement.
- Familiarity with top enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Knowledge of BI tools, reporting formats, and dashboard integrations.
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity best practices, encryption, authentication flows, and compliance.
- Awareness of AI applications in enterprise environments and relevant integration touchpoints.
- Ability to interpret unclear business requirements and present structured solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership: mentoring, enforcing standards, validating solutions, and influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving ability in high-pressure, enterprise scenarios.
