Node.js Tech Lead

We are looking for a talented and experienced Node.js Full Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in a full-time role in Indore, MP. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Node.js. As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the development and maintenance of our web applications, ensuring robustness and easy maintenance across all project components. You will also collaborate with the team working on various infrastructure layers. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of developers, providing mentorship, and ensuring high-quality code. You will design and implement high-availability and performant applications using Node.js & React.js, write reusable and efficient code, implement security and data protection solutions, and evaluate and implement advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with front-end developers, design data storage solutions, create database schemas, implement automated testing platforms, and participate in the entire application lifecycle with a focus on coding and debugging. You will also collaborate with stakeholders and team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Node.js Developer (Nest Js framework), knowledge of front-end languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and Node.js frameworks, experience with React.js, familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgre SQL), web servers (e.g., Apache), and UI/UX design, a strong understanding of the web development cycle, programming techniques, and tools, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience in handling basic DevOps - Cloud setup.
