Responsibilities
Deloitte seeks an Analyst – T&I Networks to fill a position within the Networks team of the Technology & Infrastructure department in the Information Technology Services organization. The Networks team manages core network functions, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPN gateways, load-balancers, network authentication, network scanning, and related security and hardening tasks.
The successful candidate will provide technical skills in the deployment & operational support of data networks across Canada and Chile. The incumbent will be required to work closely with a diverse range of internal and external personnel - sponsors, stakeholders, users, and technical team leads on technical designs, migrations, deployments, and daily operational duties in relation to Deloitte's network infrastructure.
Operational
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot basic network issues.
- Support the implementation of network upgrades and patches.
- Create, modify, and test firewall rules/access control lists (ACLs) in line with organizational policies.
- Monitor firewall logs and alerts to promptly identify and address suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Respond to and investigate firewall-related incidents, document findings, and recommend remediation steps.
- Respond to network-related incidents and service requests.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues.
- Document issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Utilize network monitoring tools to track network performance and identify potential issues.
- Generate reports on network performance metrics.
- Escalate complex issues to senior network engineers as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including network diagrams and inventory lists.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
- Document standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Assist in implementing network security measures to protect data and systems.
- Support compliance with organizational security policies and procedures.
- Participate in security audits and assessments.
- Work closely with senior network engineers and other IT staff to support network operations.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in network technologies.
- Ability to work On-Call shifts on a rotating basis.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: 1-3 years years of experience in Network Technologies.
Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM or as needed.
