Manage, monitor, and maintain the performance of enterprise networks including LAN, WAN, and VPN environments.
Administer network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls to ensure optimal security and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
Implement and enforce network security protocols and best practices to safeguard critical infrastructure.
Collaborate with IT teams to design, deploy, and optimize network configurations and scalability solutions.
Maintain detailed network documentation and regularly update system configurations to reflect current setups.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in network administration with hands-on expertise in Cisco or similar networking environments.
Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN, routing protocols and network monitoring tools.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
Willingness and capability to work on-site in India as required by the role.

Preferred

Relevant network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
Experience with advanced network virtualization and cybersecurity measures.
Knowledge of emerging network technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
