Network Administrator

The responsibilities of this role include maintaining the design and integrity of customer-facing and internal systems. You will also provide technical assistance to team members regarding system and network requests. Key responsibilities include managing LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls. Ensuring network uptime, troubleshooting issues, maintaining server systems such as DNS, DHCP, mail, ERP, and LMS. Additionally, monitoring internet usage and security including firewall and antivirus. Providing technical support to staff and students, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with audits are also part of the role. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, etc. Experience with Cisco/Mikrotik/Firewall systems, network security, and troubleshooting is essential. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+ are preferred. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work along with exceptional customer service skills are required.,
