Industry: IT Services & Software Development — enterprise web applications, cloud-enabled solutions and digital transformation for global clients. We are hiring a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to own design-to-delivery of scalable, secure business applications in a hybrid working model (India).Role & Responsibilities
- Architect, design and implement end-to-end full-stack features using .NET Core back-ends and modern front-end frameworks; deliver robust, maintainable code for production systems.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, integrate with databases and third-party services, and ensure data integrity and performance at scale.
- Optimize database schema and queries in SQL Server; implement ORM patterns using Entity Framework and ensure efficient data access.
- Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows; collaborate with DevOps to automate builds, tests, and releases (cloud-first mindset).
- Lead code reviews, define engineering best practices (testing, observability, security), and mentor mid/senior engineers to raise team delivery standards.
- Work with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to plan sprints, estimate work, troubleshoot production issues and deliver against SLAs.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Location:
8–12 years in professional software engineering with significant hands-on experience in .NET full-stack development. This role is India-based with a hybrid workplace model. Strong preference for candidates with practical experience on .NET 6+/.NET Core and cloud-native application design (Azure).
Must-Have
- C# (modern language features, async/await, LINQ)
- .NET Core / .NET 6+ (cross-platform development, runtime and performance tuning)
- ASP.NET Core (MVC, Web API, middleware, routing)
- Entity Framework Core (migrations, EF performance tuning, ORM best practices)
- SQL Server (T-SQL, indexing, query optimization, stored procedures)
- Design and build RESTful APIs; familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger
- Authentication & Authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT)
- Microservices and modular architecture principles; familiarity with gRPC and message-based patterns
- Unit and integration testing (xUnit/NUnit/MSTest, mocking frameworks such as Moq), test-driven development (TDD) practices
- CI/CD and DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Git-based workflows
- Containerization with Docker; basic orchestration knowledge (Kubernetes/AKS)
- Observability: structured logging (Serilog), monitoring and tracing (Application Insights, OpenTelemetry)
- Performance optimization and caching strategies (Redis, in-memory caching)
- Good understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns (Repository, Unit of Work, Factory), and domain-driven design (DDD) concepts
- Strong communication, mentoring experience, and ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams
Preferred
- Front-end frameworks: Angular (preferred), React, or Blazor; TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
- Azure platform experience (App Services, Functions, AKS, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Key Vault)
- Container orchestration and infrastructure as code (Helm, Terraform)
- Message brokers/streaming platforms: RabbitMQ, Kafka
- NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB) and caching layers
- GraphQL, WebSockets, real-time communication patterns
- Experience with large-scale, high-availability systems and SLA-driven support
