Job Role: Sales Head (PAN India)

Experience- 15 to 20 Years

Salary- 30.00 to 40.00 LPA

Job Location-Lower Parel, Mumbai


About the company


Currently our client is engaged in marketing around 25 DERMA BRANDS with PAN INDIA operations.


Position Overview:

The Sales Head will lead and oversee all sales operations across India, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and business development. The role involves managing a large sales team, implementing strategic sales plans, and ensuring business objectives are achieved for a high-turnover organization.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets of

₹150–200 Cr+ turnover.

• Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion across regions.

2. Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 500+ sales and marketing personnel.

• Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure accountability at all levels.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, clients, and

partners.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies

and optimize sales performance.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and generate management reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and regulatory

guidelines.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Provide actionable insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.


Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 15–20 years of experience in sales management, preferably with exposure to

dermatology segment.

• Proven experience managing large teams (500+) and pan-India operations.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and communication skills.

• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving revenue targets.


Preferred Background:

• Experience in the dermatology sector is preferred.

• Exposure to high-turnover businesses (₹150–200 Cr+) is an advantage.
