Role Overview:

National Sales Manager

dealer network growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand Paricott’s dealer network

  across untapped cities and regions in India.
• Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve volume and value targets.
• Strengthen relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
• Drive presence and growth in

  Modern Trade

  (Dmart, Best Price, Metro, etc.).
• Identify and onboard new

  institutional buyers and corporate clients

  .
• Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams for consistent performance.
• Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure on-time deliveries and promotions.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to guide strategy.

Requirements:

• 10+ years

  of sales experience in the

  paper, plastic, or FMCG disposable industry.

• Proven success in

  dealer appointment, expansion, and retention.

• Strong understanding of

  General Trade, Institutional Trade, and Modern Trade

  channels.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with

  Modern Trade

  (Dmart, Best Price, Metro, etc.) is

  highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
