National Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented National Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of IT product across large enterprise customers, and end customers.
• Generate consistent revenue growth within the IT sector, including low-value product sales.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure sustainable business development.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the

  North region

  and

  Pan India markets

  .
• Track, monitor, and report on sales performance and team productivity.
• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and incremental business.
• Collaborate with internal teams for lead generation, pre-sales support, and solution delivery.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of annual sales and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of the

  IT and large Enterprise

  market.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the

  IT or Telecom

  industry landscape.
• Familiarity with regional markets, particularly the

  Delhi NCR

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Relationship-driven with excellent client management and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in

  Business, Technology, or a related field

  .
• 8–10 years of proven experience in

  IT, Enterprise Sales and direct sales.

• Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities and manage key accounts effectively.
