Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) based in New Delhi. The ZSM will be responsible for managing sales, achieving sales targets, developing strategic plans, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales process, conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and leading a team of sales professionals. The ZSM will also coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience in Sales Management, Target Achievement, and Strategic Planning
• Strong Market Research and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of sales professionals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of AV and IT products and systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Willingness to travel as required
