The Role

Zonal Sales Head

• IVD Instruments & Analyzers

• Reagents (Biochemistry, Serology, RDTs)

• OEM & Private Label Portfolio

ASMs and Instrument Specialists

What You’ll Drive

• Zonal P&L, revenue growth & gross margins

• T1 Distributor appointment & performance

• Strategic Key Accounts, labs & hospital chains

• High-performing sales teams & market penetration

Who Should Apply

• 10–12+ years in IVD / Medical Devices / Pharma

• 3–5+ years managing managers (ASM leadership mandatory)

• Strong P&L, distributor & key account experience
