Job Description

Devise and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy, dealer management plan, and development roadmap to ensure annual business objectives are achieved.
Identify and develop new key accounts to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.Establish and maintain structured systems and procedures to manage the business environment, including customer relationships and influencer engagement.Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely billing and collections.Manage and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the region to enhance brand visibility and influence.Implement effective inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stock, monitor slow-moving items, and optimize inventory costs.Develop and oversee a robust channel distribution strategy, ensuring regular and accurate reporting from dealers.Drive the successful execution of sales and marketing strategies across the region.Train and support the regional sales team to enhance performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
