Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and growth-driven National Sales Manager to spearhead Paricott’s nationwide expansion. This is a high-impact role focused on dealer network growth , institutional partnerships , and modern trade management . Key Responsibilities: Expand Paricott’s dealer network across untapped cities and regions in India. Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve volume and value targets. Strengthen relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and institutional clients. Drive presence and growth in Modern Trade (Dmart, Best Price, Metro, etc.). Identify and onboard new institutional buyers and corporate clients . Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams for consistent performance. Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure on-time deliveries and promotions. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to guide strategy. Requirements: 10+ years of sales experience in the paper, plastic, or FMCG disposable industry. Proven success in dealer appointment, expansion, and retention. Strong understanding of General Trade, Institutional Trade, and Modern Trade channels. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience working with Modern Trade (Dmart, Best Price, Metro, etc.) is highly preferred. Willingness to travel extensively across regions.  Why Join Paricott?
