Develop & implement a national sales strategy aligned with market trends.
Identify & appoint channel partners, distributors & dealers across India.
Achieve monthly & annual sales targets while expanding market reach.

Proof of Concept for now products.
Should have strong network & contacts within the safety industry i.e. with safety managers of different industries and dealers.

Team Leadership & Client Management

Load, motivate & manage regional sales teams across India.
Strengthen customer relationships & ensure long-term
Regular meetings with key accounts & dealer network.
Objectively monitor the performance of each team member

Team Leadership & Client Management

Utilize MS Excel & CRM tools for sales forecasting, reporting and data analysis.
Ensure weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting from the team.

Travel Requirement

Extensive travel across India for client visits, dealer visits & industry events.
Minimum 15 days per month.
