We are looking for a skilled Multi Property General Manager with 7-12 years of experience to lead our team in managing multiple properties, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a proven track record of success.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of multiple properties, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across all properties.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability and minimize losses.
Lead and motivate a team of general managers, assistant General Managers, and other hospitality professionals.
Coordinate with corporate offices to ensure consistency in brand standards, policies, and procedures.
Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, including owners, vendors, and community leaders.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role within the Marriott International portfolio.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
