Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Multi Property General Manager with 7-12 years of experience to lead our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple properties and leading teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring seamless execution of events and activities.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across all properties.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results and high performance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing multiple properties and leading teams, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle pressure and stressful situations.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
