Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Multi Property General Manager with 7 to 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple properties and leading teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of multiple properties to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and revenue growth.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business success.
Monitor and control expenses to optimize profitability and minimize losses.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing multiple properties and leading teams.
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including hotels and restaurants.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
