Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Multi Property General Manager with 7-12 years of experience to lead our team in managing multiple properties, preferably within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of multiple properties to ensure high standards of service and quality.
Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and revenue growth.
Lead and manage a team of hotel managers, front-line staff, and other support personnel.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in multi-property general management or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott International, Inc.
