Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Multi Property General Manager with 7-12 years of experience to lead our team in managing multiple properties, preferably within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of multiple properties to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance property performance and revenue growth.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
Foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders to drive customer loyalty.
Monitor and control expenses to optimize profitability and minimize losses.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in multi-property management or similar roles in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex issues and emergencies.
Experience with budgeting and financial planning to manage resources effectively.
