Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Multi Property General Manager with 7-12 years of experience to lead our team in managing multiple properties, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a proven track record of success.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of multiple properties, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across all properties.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability and minimize losses.
Lead and motivate a team of general managers, assistant General Managers, and other staff members.
Foster collaboration and communication among departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role within the hotel industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, including property management software and point-of-sale systems.
